Every Shape & Peril piece is made with intention; not just in its design, but in how it comes into being. We use print‑on‑demand production to avoid overstock and waste, and we partner only with suppliers and printers that meet recognized labor and environmental standards.

Bella + Canvas
Fair Labor Association accredited and WRAP certified. Produced in facilities with near zero‑waste cutting rooms, low‑water dyeing (up to 7× less water than conventional methods), and solar-powered energy systems.

Next Level Apparel
WRAP certified and a member of the Better Work initiative. Their LEED Platinum certified headquarters reduces energy impact, and over two million pounds of scrap fabric are diverted into recycled material every year.

Gildan
WRAP certified and a long‑time Fair Labor Association participant. Vertically integrated manufacturing allows full traceability and better oversight of working conditions. Listed among TIME’s World’s Most Sustainable Companies and included in the Dow Jones Sustainability Index.

Printful
Fulfilling our apparel using Kornit DTG printers with Oeko‑Tex certified, water-based NeoPigment inks. Orders are made on demand and fulfilled as close to the customer as possible to reduce carbon emissions. Apparel is shipped in packaging made from 90–100 % post-consumer recycled materials (in North America) with global PCR content averaging ~70 %.

Prodigi
Fulfilling our art prints using water-based inks and local print labs to reduce shipping emissions. All prints are shipped in plastic‑free, recyclable packaging.
